Privacy Policy

Digital Properties, LLC (“we”, “us”) operates JobReelz at jobreelz.ai. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

• Account info: name, email, and a hashed password (or your Google sign-in identifier).
• Photos & videos: the source photos you upload and the rendered videos we produce for you.
• Payment info: billing email and the last 4 digits of your card. Full card details are stored only with our processor (Stripe).
• Usage telemetry: render history, credit balance, basic device/browser info, and standard server logs.
• Support messages: the content of any message you send us via the support form or by email.

How We Use Information

• To deliver the rendering Service (e.g., uploading photos to AI providers, returning your finished video).
• To bill you and manage your credit balance.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, render notifications).
• To diagnose bugs and improve the Service.
• To prevent abuse, fraud, or security incidents.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your photos or videos to train our own models.

Third-Party Service Providers

We share the minimum data needed with the following processors so they can perform their function on our behalf:

• Stripe (payments)
• Resend (transactional email)
• Google (sign-in - only if you choose “Continue with Google”)
• AtlasCloud and similar AI video providers (motion generation; receives the photos you upload)
• Google Gemini via Emergent (photo analysis to plan the reel)
• MongoDB Atlas (database hosting)

Each processor has its own privacy practices. We have agreements in place limiting their use of your data to providing the service.

Data Retention

• Source photos are deleted from our storage shortly after the render completes successfully.
• Finished videos remain available in your dashboard until you delete them or close your account.
• Account records and billing history are retained as required by tax and accounting laws.

Your Choices

• Access & deletion: request a copy of your data or delete your account by emailing hello.digitalproperties@gmail.com.
• Opt out of marketing: we currently do not send marketing emails. Transactional emails (receipts, password resets) cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
• Cookies: we use a session cookie to keep you logged in. No third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

Security

We use HTTPS for all traffic, hashed passwords, and limit internal access to your data. No system is perfectly secure - if we discover a breach that affects your data, we will notify you promptly.

Children

JobReelz is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice.
