Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of JobReelz (the “Service”), a product of Digital Properties, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, uploading photos, or generating a video on jobreelz.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

JobReelz lets contractors, builders, real-estate professionals, and other service businesses convert still photos into short-form social-media videos using a combination of automated photo analysis, AI-driven motion generation, and standard video editing. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and for all activity on your account. You must be 18 or older to create an account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of every photo you upload and every video the Service produces from your photos (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process Your Content solely to deliver the Service to you (e.g., uploading photos to AI providers for motion generation, storing rendered videos, and serving downloads).

You represent that you have the right to upload Your Content and that doing so does not violate any third party’s intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.

4. Acceptable Use

• No uploading content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, or sexually explicit.
• No attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• No reselling rendered videos as a stand-alone product without our written consent.
• No uploading photos that depict identifiable individuals without their consent.

5. Credits, Pricing & Refunds

The Service is sold on a credit basis. One credit redeems one rendered video. Credits are non-transferable. If a render fails for a reason attributable to us (server error, AI provider outage, etc.), the credit is automatically refunded to your account.

We offer a 7-day refund on unused credit packs - email hello.digitalproperties@gmail.com with your account email and we will process it.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated motion is probabilistic. We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep output faithful to your source photos, but we do not guarantee any specific aesthetic, framing, or fidelity. You are responsible for reviewing each rendered video before publishing it.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, design, and trade dress that constitute the Service itself remain the property of Digital Properties, LLC. The JobReelz name and logo may not be used without permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Digital Properties, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Accessibility

JobReelz is committed to accessibility. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights available under applicable accessibility laws. If you need a reasonable accommodation to use the Service, contact us at hello.digitalproperties@gmail.com.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
